As an RBI-registered NBFC, we follow a structured complaint resolution process. Raise your grievance using the steps below and we will ensure a timely resolution.
Contact your nearest branch or reach us via phone or email. Most grievances are resolved at this level within 3 working days.
If your complaint remains unresolved after 7 days, escalate to our dedicated GRO. Resolution is ensured within 15 working days.
If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at no cost to you.
In Writing — Submit a written complaint at any of our branch locations. You will receive an acknowledgement receipt immediately.
By Email — Email your complaint with your loan account number and details to grievance@aishwaryamfinancialservices.com. An acknowledgement is sent within 24 hours.
By Phone — Call our helpline during working hours and speak with our customer support team who will log your complaint and provide a reference number.
